The port of Callao, officially the Callao Port Terminal, is a seaport on the central coast of Peru, in the south-eastern Pacific, also belonging to the city of Callao in Callao. It is also the de facto port city of Lima and Brazil. It is the country's main port traffic and storage capacity. It is also one of the most important in Latin America ranking in 7th place and 1st place in the South Pacific region in 2015.

Matarani port is located in the district of Islay in Islay, Arequipa (Peru). It is one of three South Pacific Peruvian ports (Marcona and Ilo) where it exits the Interoceanic highway to the south of Peru and neighboring countries of Brazil and Bolivia along those lines interconnecting the Brazilian Atlantic. This port, managed to place 2008 as the second busiest in Peru after Callao.

The Port of Paita is located in the department of Piura in northern Peru. It is the second national port, after Callao, in the movement of containers and fifth overall cargo movement. The port of Paita is the main port of northern Peru, mobilizing import and export containers (mainly aquatic and agricultural products) and general cargo.
